We were immediately impressed by his local knowledge and experience, but pleasantly surprised by his construction experience. The combination of local knowledge and practical build experience is the sweet spot in a Realtor. The whole experience was flawless and we got a such a good deal. We were also glad to work with someone who will be around for the long term. Just like a doctor or lawyer, we wanted someone the family could use and recommend for the long term. Not for us since this was our final purchase, but for our four kids that are local. We told them to use Boone and that they would be happy. He has now closed two more deals with my kids in the last few months because he was so good for us. Nothing beats a professional you can trust and recommend to family and friends. His success reflects positively back on us for recommending and forward as he will get more referrals from us.

Buyer reviewAs first time home buyers, we didn't really know what to expect going into the home search, but Boone did an amazing job at each point. He was super professional and courteous, and we never felt pressured or pushed into anything. He has a particularly great understanding of the different Austin neighborhoods and home valuations. He went above and beyond breaking down construction quality of homes and what upkeep/modifications would potentially look like. That wasn't an element we expected to get from a Realtor but ended up being a huge asset. We ended up in a multi-offer situation, and it became clear that Boone adds a ton of value on the back end opening up communication with the sellers agent. We thought that offers just came down to price, but there are layers of complexity around crafting the offer that he has down to a science. It led to us getting our dream home, so we're extremely grateful and looking forward to moving in!
