In this crazy market homes are selling for tens of thousands of dollars over asking, with buyers waving appraisals and inspections. Amanda had higher standards for us than to let us purchase a home over market value. She was so personal and friendly with the seller's agent that we got the deal despite being their LOWEST of 11 offers!! The seller's agent loved her and was thrilled to work with her.
