Buyer reviewAfter getting pre-approved for a mortgage, I called four different brokers to inquire about properties they had advertised on Realtor.com. The other brokers sounded generally indifferent or unsure, but Lori Knutson immediately gave me a basic rundown of the house, got an idea of what I was looking for, and explained the steps of the buying process. As I worked with her to look at houses, put in an offer, and follow through to closing, her professionalism, knowledge, and energy were always impressive. She definitely knows Minot and the surrounding area, and she knows how to get things done. I can't imagine going to anyone else for real estate services, and I would wholeheartedly recommend Lori Knutson to anyone who wants to buy or sell property.

She was friendly, open and very patient with the entire process. i eventually picked the first house that I saw but had to look at all other houses available at that point in time to ensure that I was picking the best house for my family, and we probably saw close to 30-40 homes.
