He also had great recomendations for properties in our price range, and the locations we were looking at, along with options for financing, and what we needed to make an offer on a new property. Even when out-of-town, he was able to make additional resources available to us and secure an offer on the property that we ended up purchesing. Buyer reviewThe first words that come to mind when I hear the name Mitch Curtis are: efficient and personable. I first met Mitch back in 2012, when I wanted to find a suitable place to live 6 months of the year. I called him, and the very same day, he took me to see various apartments. I soon recognized which building fit my need and budget. So, we arrived at River Towers, Alexandria where Mitch showed me 7 apartments in my price range, and, within 2 weeks or so, I signed the closing in November 2012. Due to Mitch's warm and friendly manner, I immediately felt that I could trust him. I have maintained a friendship with Mitch ever since. Fast forward 10 years, a new apartment came onto the market. I immediately called Mitch who was able to not only sell my first apt unit, but then was able to facilitate our purchase of the newly available unit. Mitch also recommended a contractor who took care of all the physical necessities of our new place before occupancy. We are very thankful that we found Mitch Curtis an excellent realtor!!
