My name is Randy and I have been working in the real estate business for 30+ years. The last 15 of those years have been working as a licensed realtor in Santa Cruz County. Utilizing all the knowledge I have gained in my years, I now teach the practice of real estate so that other agents can gain their continuing education credits for re-licensing. I also teach the real estate license testing class to prepare people to obtain their license. Getting the opportunity to teach and work hands on on helping people buy or sell keeps me sharp in proper practice of real estate. I'm ready to serve you in your needs to buy or sell a home.

Seller reviewThe property was sold to the tenants that were renting it (that Randy had connected me with!). The price was effectively negotiated off-line and the buyers and I came to Randy after the negotiations were complete. Both the buyers and I had history with Randy and knew him to be ethical and reliable. That, in combination with his willingness to handle the sale on a transaction basis, meant that the decision to use Randy as agent was a slam dunk. Randy then executed his portion of the sale to perfection and all parties couldn't be happier.
