Seller reviewMy husband and I have worked with Ted and Anne Hupka on three prior sales and buying transactions of our homes. They are experts of the area and market and have great knowledge in understanding the value of a home. My husband and I had invested considerably in our home remodel in the past year as we did not anticipate moving for at least five years. When a job relocation came our way we wanted to make sure that potential buyers understood the value and investment that we put into the home. Ted and Anne made sure to have a list of all the work we did inclusive of adding the cost per each project in the information for prospective buyers and buyers agents so they understood that our home was unlike any othe in our neighborhood. They did a great job marketing the home and supporting us throughout the process. We highly recommend them.

We were coming from out of state and they made sure that we had the smoothest home buying process I've ever had. They were extremely good at communicating and making sure everything got done when it needed to be done. They didn't hesitate to make sure we saw every house we wanted to see plus more when we flew in for a weekend visit. Hands down the best (and least stressful) time I've had buying a home and I'd work with them in an instant! 10/10 would recommend!!
