Mrs. Dunlevy was our purchasing agent, prior to the sale of our home, and was honest, fair, trustworthy, and very personable. I would have stuck with her regardless of her agency, she's a professional and executes her job well. Short annecdote, I spent days interviewing agents to find the right "fit" before I came across Jessica. I spoke with her on the phone for 2 hours explaining my game plan and what I was looking to accomplish through the home buying and selling process over the next few months. I asked her to get me a showing on a house I had absolutly ZERO intention in buying. She drove 3 hours round trip to meet for the showing. The house needed lots of work, was priced a little high, and I was pre-approved. I brought a friend who was telling me to not buy the house after a few minutes. I rebuttled by continually saying it was a diamond in the rough I could put money into and fix. I was testing Jessica, and she passed. It would have been so easy for her to push the sale and make a quick commission. Instead she asked, "Nick is this really the house you want? Because this doesn't fit into your plan you stated over the phone". It was clear to me she put her clients over her pocketbook, and with the curret market it was refreshing to find an agent who genuinely cared for their clients and not themselves.

Her good understanding of local market and assessment, guidance for preparing for sale are excellent. We were very happy she sold the property without hassles. we highly recommend Jessica's services.
