Seller reviewI was very impressed with Sandra Compton right from the beginning when I sort of casually mentioned that I would at some point soon want to list this property and that I'd like her to handle it. She was never pushy but did immediately have suggestions for how it could best be handled. There were issues I needed to handle before we could list the house (there was a tenant in residence). Also there was a bonus room that needed a lot of work, Ed Compton was of enormous assistance with that, doing all of the work himself personally. There were setbacks and delays along the way, with the buyers stubbornly not giving much in negotiations and then delaying the agreed upon closing date while they got things together on their end, but Sandra handled it all diplomatically and I believe with the best result that could be expected. Many thanks to Sandra Compton, Ed Compton and Ann Hancock for a great job!

Buyer reviewWe had been searching for our dream property for YEARS - a historic house on significant acreage. We contacted Ann a soon as the property hit the market and she got us out there quickly. I immediately felt comfortable with Ann and trusted that she really wanted to find the right buyer because that was important to the seller. The ability to have open communication with the seller was really important to me because its such a unique property.and the seller had put so much love and attention into it. I was really grateful that Ann was open to doing it that way. This property really is a dream and we get to raise our girls here thanks to Ann adnd her skills as a dual agent.

Seller reviewMrs Hancock guided me thru the sales process step by step and made it very simple. She gave me suggestions how to improve the property for a faster sale, it sold within a few days. The ommunication was excellent, I was always kept in the loop and received answers to my questions right away. Mrs Hancock helped me with an unrelated matter. She has a large network and is well known. Mrs Hancock gave me her full attention and made me feel important. She is very friendly, assertive, and a go getter. I highly recommend Ann Hancock!
