Prior to real estate, she served as an Outreach Facilitator for a non-profit healthcare advocacy coalition for over 10 years and worked on a 5 year grant as the Healthy Community Coordinator for the Healthy Children's Initiative at St. Joseph hospital.

Amanda has two daughters, Bella & Kyla, who are both currently in college. They are her world and her inspiration.

She enjoys hiking, kayaking, music festivals, singing and traveling with her girls, family & friends.

I will forever recommend Amanda Heuser to anyone who needs a realtor. Amanda and I have been friends for many years, so she is the first person I turned to when my parents wanted to downsize. My daughter and I worked with Amanda Heuser so closely and for so long she was like a daughter to me and a sister to my daughter. I hope Amanda continues to advertise on Facebook. I enjoy watching her get listings and sales. It is a joy to watch someone be successful. Success does not come without hard work. Amanda always kept me posted of pending showings and any feedback she received. If I had another property in Ky. there is no question as to who I would call.

I had considered selling my home for some time when I reached out to my friend, Amanda Heuser. Even though I consider Amanda a friend, it was her enthusiasm, knowledge, and professionalism, (not to mention being a top agent) that sealed the deal for me. She did not disappoint. Amanda made the process as smooth as it could be considering how stressful it can get when selling a home. Her communication was on point, and her delivery of requests for showings was pleasant, even when I was unable to fulfill one.
