Seller reviewBrandy Mcdonald was the fourth agent that we interviewed before listing our home. About a third of the way through our questions, I had made up my mind that he was my first pick. After he left, my wife said that she wanted him to have the listing. We called him immediately and told him that he had the listing. Brandy immediately set about getting comps. and scheduling a matterport, which showed the true beauty of the home. Throughout the entire process, he was always reachable, communicative, and a pleasure to deal with. We purchased a home in another state and moved there last October, leaving the house unoccupied. Whenever Brandy got close to the house, he would stop to make sure that the heat was on, and he would run water in all the sinks, tubs, and showers to ensure the traps stayed filled. He even went so far as to vacuum the floors one day when he arrived early for a showing. Brandy is a consummate agent, and we're now proud to call him a friend. I highly recommend him.

Buyer reviewAs a buyer and a researcher on the housing market, I have a lot to say about the agent system in the U.S. But boy, Brandy sets the standard high of what I expect a real estate agent to be: communicative and accessible (almost 24/7; there is no offending time); very knowledgeable and detail-oriented, and providing us with the most needed and timely guidance throughout the process; having the best local resources and can whip out a name/contact immediately whenever we ask for some services or assistance (I mean anything!); absolutely the most pleasant person you want as your friend. I literally cannot say enough good things about him. I wish everyone could have him as their agent, but I don't him to overwork. LOL Way to go Brandy! We really appreciate your help and kindness.
