I'am a native of Arizona, born in the small town of Wickenburg, west of Phoenix. I have lived in and around Arizona all my life. I settled in Kingman in 1991. I had 13 years experience in banking prior to becoming a Realtor in 1991. My interests are music and auto racing in which I participate in SCCA sports car activities. I have two teenage sons that are active in high school sports.

Seller reviewI think I already did that in previous comments. Refer to those. I suspect in reading below that the previous comments are not provided to Brian and this is. I said Brian was great. Sold it fast and handled everything. It was not routine. He did not bother me with details. Only when necessary. The result ( speed of sale, price) far exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Brian.

He was the only realtor willing to meet us and drive us out into the desert with his 4 wheel drive jeep to show us the low cost property we where looking for. Brian hiked over the mountains with us to look for the corner stakes and property lines. Buyer reviewWe came to Brian by chance. We had just finished a 3 day 2200 mile trip and the agent I had previously spoke to(not century 21) would not answer his phone or e-mails. We sat down with Brian and told him what we had to work with money wise and let him take it from there. Brian ran off a bunch of options and laid out the pros and cons of all the areas and property's. We made an offer 24 hours later and closed in under two weeks. Ours was a small purchase (under 40k) but I really feel Brian treated us as he would treat someone with 3 or 4 times that to spend. If you are interested in moving to the area or are here and need an agent you will be hard pressed to find a more loyal, dedicated person than Brian. He also went above and beyond in pointing us in the right direction for insurance and several other needs.
