Bryan is easily one of the best agents, he was amazingly helpful with everything, always on time and ridiculously respectful and polite, my family absolutely loved him. He was extremely knowledgeable of the area, and he had a very acute sense as to what to look for in a home, often pointing out issues I would have easily overlooked. Through the closing process he overcame every obstacle that we had, and we sure had a lot of them; he was always on time with paperwork and he contacted us every single time anything changed or was updated. An amazing agent and I can't express how helpful of a person he was, if I ever purchase or sell a house again, he will be the only agent I would ever use. Bryan Chavers was extremely professional he knew what it would took to make my house presentable to sell. The pictures that his photographer took with the virtual tour capture the features of my house. Bryan kept me informed when my house was being showed and he also kept my tenant informed as well.
