Buyer reviewHaving to do the house/apartment hunting from a distance is tough so having someone like Carrie who put in the work to find me a place locally made the process infinitely easier. She listened to my wants/needs, gave me a variety of options, and really wanted me to find the right place. Will be coming back to Carrie when I'm ready to buy.

Buyer reviewCarrie is wonderful! She went above and beyond through the whole process. We went under contract with a home we thought we loved, then turned out that it needed MAJOR repairs. Carrie went right back to work getting the contract terminated and resuming the search. Once we found another home, Carrie jumped through hoops left and right, all the way through the process. The seller and/or selling agent was/were terrible. Carrie recognized that they were not timely on anything and pushed, and pushed, and pushed! Finally Carrie was able to dig out the last few required documents from the seller the day before we were set to close. Talk about "Down to the wire!" Carrie is outstanding and I will 110% recommend her to anyone I know looking to move!

Seller reviewHad planned to speak with at least 2 brokers. Called Carrie first as she did an outstanding job selling the house across the street. After meeting with Carrie we did not see a need to speak with any other broker. Her confidence of the market, her up to date knowledge of area homes and listings and no pressure approach sold us immediately. Carrie knows how to market a house and the results screamed success in her approach. Not to mention she is a wonderful person to deal with during what could have been a stressful time. Home sold in 5 days. 12 contracts and 10% over listing price. Now if that doesn't say HI PERFORMER I don't know what does.

Seller reviewCarrie communicated the entire time from the moment we signed the contract to put the house on the market all the way through closing. She was great. Carrie is a great agent. She had great communication with me the entire time. Even attended the closing over zoom while on vacation.
