Seller reviewMy husband and I have known Chad Morris for a few years. We had a question about real estate and so I set up a meeting with him. From our very first meeting he was very professional, knowledgeable and prepared. I wasn't even sure about buying or selling. He arrived at our meeting prepared with a portfolio and some comparables around our area. We found a house we were interested in and decided to give it a shot. We had a house to sell as well so that made things complicated. Everything went very quickly and smoothly. He set up an open house within two days. Chad negotiated and navigated multiple offers. Chad Morris was an amazing agent from beginning to end. Chad was accessible, knowledgeable, professional, personable, relatable and patient. I wanted to go through our perspective home many times and he was always gracious enough to show me the house again and again. I would reccomend Chad to anyone buying and/or selling a home. We had considered selling the home ourselves without an agent but we are so pleased that we had Chad help us instead.
