Buyer reviewWe first engaged with Chana prior to leaving our home in Texas. Chana worked with us to establish a profile of ourselves, our needs, and desires relative to our planned relocation. In the weeks prior to our arrival, Chana arranged for customized listings of properties whose descriptions fit our needs and desires. Upon arrival in Vancouver, Chana met with us and further refined the searches, and helped us by describing the pros and cons of each of our communities of interest in the Vancouver area. As we made decisions to visit candidate properties, Chana promptly scheduled the showings and very patiently and professionally showed the properties, responding to our questions about features of the homes and the relevant communities. Chana always made sure to schedule our requested showings as soon as possible, even when we requested a re-show. Once we decided to pursue our bid, Chana immediately conveyed our questions and offer to the sellers, resulting in rapid resolution of terms.
