Buyer reviewChristine was very helpfull in finding and dealing with difficult sellers, especially since we were doing another 1031 exchange and selling a property in another state. It was touch and go for a while and she was relentless in her negotiations. I would highly recommend her for any real estate transaction. We are very grateful to Christine for all her undivided help in all areas. We plan on using her in all our purchases. She is a wonderful lady.

Seller reviewFrom my first meeting with Christine it was relaxing & informal, but orgainized. She listened carefully to my need and concerns of selling my Sister's home. I was overwhelmed with all that was happening since my sister passed away. Christine was caring, considerate, and very helpful in my understanding the legal parts of selling a home. She was there for me from start to finish. She always let me know my options and gave me plenty of time to think things over with my brother as Co-representatives of the estate. She made sure the process of him residing in Oregon and me in Idaho to run as smoothly as possible. Her coordination with the buyer, title company and us was very organized. I wanted to sell the home before winter came and Christine was a hugh part in making that happen. I would recommend Christine as a realtor to anyone. When my husband and I decide to sell our home of 51 years, Christine will be the first one I call.
