Personal Profile
I graduated high honors with a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering at the age of 20 and quickly rose through the leadership ranks of GE, TECO Energy and Progress Energy before transitioning to the entrepreneurial world of real estate, an industry I have loved since childhood. Prior to my real estate career, I was known as the "closer," responsible for initiating and completing some of the largest sales contracts in the history of TECO.

But when we wanted to purchase an expensive beach house, we knew we needed help. Once we met Dania, we knew she was different. She was so quick to answer the phone, return our phone calls, make time for us and was always so kind in her communication. We soon realized she has alot of clout in the industry and that goes very far when buying a high priced home. We couldn't be happier with our decision to have her help us!
