She remains very positive and strong throughout all the difficult situations that can arise during a real estate transaction. Most notably, she is extremely resourceful and has exceptional problem solving skills. She saved me from a foreclosure because of her resourcefulness, I was able to fix some of the required repairs in order to close and I still walked away with a small profit. She is the best and I would never work with any other realtor.
