Denise's high quality of work, her honesty and professionalism is why I chose her as my sales agent. I believed that if I got X amount of dollars for land I sold I would be happy. By conducting a study of the area, Denise got us twice that amount. After two sales fell through for various reasons Denise convinced us to keep smiling that it would work out in the end. She convinced us to increase the price because of the interest we already had in the property. So we relisted the property and from day one of our first listing it sold in four or five weeks. I would strongly recommend Denise Haden for all your real-estate needs.

I was looking for, above all else, someone who I felt I could trust, someone who was kind and friendly, someone who listened and cared about where I was coming from and what I was looking for, and someone who was clearly sharp and "on the ball" during discussions, and Denise Haden was ALL of those, and more! I chose "Excellent" for Inspections/Open House, even though I never saw the property in person, because: 1. Denise took several lengthy videos of the house and property and shared them with me, and also offered to do a "live walk-through" as well with Facetime, but I didn't feel the need for that after seeing her excellent videos, and 2. She provided me with the full inspection report of the house/property, which greatly aided me in assessing the pros and cons of the home. You MAY think I chose "Excellent" for all those just to be nice or get this done quickly, but, such is NOT the case! Denise has been incredibly great to deal with, and incredibly helpful, and what definitely comes to mind concerning Denise is "above and beyond". Anyone who gets to deal with her is extremely lucky. And NOT a coincidence that everyone I've spoken to/dealt with in the Hot Springs community while getting the house settled has said VERY nice things about Denise without my asking. Again, simply put, could NOT have been/gone any better. I truly feel blessed to have "ended up" with Denise for all of this. EXTREMELY satisfied, and lucky! So, the above were my answers to a Century 21 survey concerning my experience purchasing a home with Denise Haden as my Century 21 realtor. I had never known Denise before, but after a very short time dealing with her I felt like we were friends. She is AWESOME to deal with, funny, smart, thorough, and, SHE CARES. If you get to deal with her, you will certainly see what I mean! She's a great asset to her community, and to anyone lucky enough to have her as their realtor.

Denise was the listing agent on a property we were interested in. The property was a long distance from us (we live in Mexico) and we were unfamiliar with the area. That property was sold before we could make a trip up to see it. When we made the trip up we went right to Denise because we were impressed by her knowledge of the area and her promptness in getting information for us. If she didn't know the answer to our question she didn't bluff her way through but found out what we needed to know. We ended up shifting our focus while we were there and Denise handled everything flawlessly. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Denise to anyone....especially with people from out of town!
