Dennisse was born in Puerto Rico and moved to Florida in 1996. Prior to Real Estate she worked as a Benefits Coordinator in the Human Resources Department at the Hyatt Regency in Tampa, FL. Dennisse has been serving as a Real Estate Agent in the Tampa Bay Area and advocate for all military branches of service since 2005. Buyer reviewDennisse was extremely helpful throughout all stages of the home buying process. She provided plenty of listings for me to look at and was always able to find time to view houses. She made clear the difficulties of the current housing market and was able to navigate through the process with me. Once my offer was put in, she worked hard to secure the contract and work through any issues through closing. Dennisse is very personable and I would always recommend her to my family and friends due to her hard work and compassion!

I believe it was fate that matched us up that day because I never run into her like that and more so at a time of need that I had about selling my home. She was so thorough! Seller reviewOur family can't recommend Dennisse enough. We had an wonderful experience from day 1. She came walked thru our home, then sat down with us to guide us thru the process. She was prepared, had with many comparables to review and told us what to do to prepare the house for listing. The morning she brought her team to take the pictures of our home for listing, I could see we were in good hands. She had full marketing plan, MLS, Facebook, even had a TIkTok video made. The listing was impressive and within 3 days had a full asking price offer. Once we had a signed contract she was able find our forever home within the same week. Afterwards she continued her superior service thru the closing process. She even provided updates while she was on vacation and out of state. All I can say is you can't go wrong with selecting Dennisse as you agent, her professionalism and dedication to your listing is second to none!
