Buyer reviewDiane's attentiveness has been secondtonone. She was referred to us several years ago when we were looking for a rental property. Over the past 2 1/2 years, Diane has dropped off gifts at out rental home and sent emails with information even though she knew we were not looking to buy at the time; she was never pushy or overbearing. She has been the epitome of professionalism and her knowledge of the Northern Virginia area was excellent. Diane Quigley was everything we could have asked for in a realtor and recommend her for all home buying or renting needs.

As a full service agent, she is efficient, and anticipates issues that had the potential to affect closing on a home. We were particularly impressed by how quickly Diane moves to contact the owner and submit our proposed offer. During the negotiations, she kept us fully informed as to the status of our proposed offer and closed the deal promptly. We also were impressed by how keenly she determined our needs and translated them into recommending residences that met our budget and space requirements. Along with personal friends, we have used Diane on a number of occasions to both sell and buy residences and have found her to be a friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy agent. We would most highly recommend Diane to anyone who needs an agent who will reach out to them and work with them to buy or sell a residence. She is an honest broker.
