Seller reviewDorrinda was a pleasure to work with throughout the home buying and selling process. Despite encountering some setbacks in this competitive market, Dorrinda was always there to offer encouragement and suggestions to help me achieve my goals. She made it a point to attend every showing of my home, giving me peace of mind knowing that my property was in good hands when I couldn't be there. Additionally, her positive relationships with other area agents proved to be valuable during negotiations. Dorrinda was consistently responsive and kept me informed at every step, which is unfortunately rare in many professions but deeply appreciated by me. During my open house, she arrived early and even helped with some tidying up. Not only is she a true professional, but she is also a wonderful person. I couldn't be happier with my new home - thank you so much, Dorrinda!

Buyer reviewHere's how this whole deal came together. I was previously working with another agent. That other agent turned out to be incompetent. I called Dorrinda as she was the sales agent for the property I ultimately ended up buying. I explained my situation in full and asked if I could see the home. She was extremely upfront and told me that she would be able to assist as an impartial dual agent. She was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and attentive to my and my families needs. I was able to put an offer in and negotiate a price that we all felt comfortable with. Dorrinda kept a close watch on the entire transaction while assisting me and following up with people throughout. Without a doubt her skills as an agent is what made this deal come together in full. We were very thankful to have met and used her as our Buyers Agent and would definitely use her again. I am confident in saying you will never regret using Dorrinda as your agent.
