She has a fantastic knowledge of the local market (horry county) , she is very nice and professional: she did very patiently guide me through the selling process (I am not a US citizen and did know very little about selling an house in the US), providing good insights about property value, property marketing.... and giving continuous feedback every step of the way. I also felt that she was genuinely interested in serving my interests not pushing me to take any decisions and always listening to my concerns. I would chose Dottie again, without any hesitation

We had no idea where to start but we reached out to mom and dad's friends in the area and every single one had nothing but wonderful things to say about Dottie. She was obviously well-liked and well-respected in the community and was known for her expertise, her character and her integrity. It was therefore quite an easy decision. And we couldn't have been happier with our choice. We honestly can't say enough about our experience. Throughout our entire process, we didn't feel like we were working with a realtor, we felt like we were working with a friend who truly had our best interest at heart. Dottie is absolutely wonderful at what she does but it was the warmth and the personal touch that she put into everything she did for us that we will never forget. And those qualities are very hard to find these days. We are beyond thankful to have had Dottie as our realtor, but we are even more thankful that we have gained a new friend. If Dottie is the sole representation of Century 21 Broadhurst then I would give them the highest possible rating. We were extremely happy with every aspect of this process. We had a FANTASTIC experience with Dottie and couldn't have possibly asked for anything more. She checked every box in every category as being top-notch.
