A 30 year career agent, Elaine is a native of the area which gives her the knowledge and expertise of the area which she feels is very important if you are trying to help others make a decision. As many of her clients say, "Looking at homes and properties with Elaine is fun because she knows so many stories about what used to be there and what happened back when!"
Elaine has earned many awards during her real estate career. She has been awarded the Centurion Award by the Century 21 system for 15 different years, an achievement that when accomplished in one year alone puts her in the top 2% of real estate professionals. Elaine is a recipient of the Century 21 Masters Hall of Fame Award, of which she is the most proud. She has also earned numerous Diamond and Emerald Awards along with Quality Service Awards and Stanly County's Top Selling Real Estate Agent.
Elaine enjoys spending time with her husband Russ, children, and grandchildren. Besides family, friends, church, and a few clubs & organizations, Elaine spends most of her time helping people buy and sell homes. Elaine says, "I am so blessed to be in the profession I am in, helping others to make one of the most important decisions and transitions of their lives. It is also a pleasure to be a service to my community in a capacity that helps so many."

She was on top of every aspect of our sale from our first inquiry through closing. Elaine contacted us the very day anything ever occurred or changed during the process. She gave us constant updates all along the process of our sale. Her professional knowledge of the real estate field and market left us no doubt that we had the perfect agent working on our behalf. Elaine is by far the best agent we have ever known and on top of that, she is a wonderful person. Elaine is very genuine and kind and always made us feel like family. She has a very calm but confident approach. Her soft personality always made us feel at ease and her professional approach always assured us that we were going to have a successful and top dollar sale - and we certainly did! I could not imagine using anyone other than Elaine Hollins for our real estate needs. She gets you the best results possible with a personal touch unlike any other agent. We actually were sad that the process came to an end because we will miss Elaine, just as we would a best friend.

I would and have recommended her to friends, and I do not do that lightly. I feel I was blessed to find her, and I would probably not contacted their office had I not received a letter from their office. Only that if the rest of the staff have the same qualities as Elaine, it must be a great team. I believe I have covered everything. It was a positive experience.
