I met Eric while helping a friend move into his new home, which Eric was the realtor. My first impression of Eric was an extremely polite, respectful, educated person. A few short months later I was ready to start looking for my home. My friend who used Eric to buy his home, gave me a recommendation to use Eric. Now, my friend can be very stubborn at times, so if he was please with Eric, I knew he would be fine to use. Right away Eric started searching for homes in the area, with what I was looking for.
