I have lived in Cabell County for the past 16 years and am a graduate of Marshall University with a B.B.A in Accounting. I am currently licensed in WV and a member of both the Huntington & Kanawha Valley Board of Realtors. I love finding my buyers their dream home & helping my sellers accomplish their goals! Buyer reviewJacki was an exceptional realtor in that she kept in constant contact with us, and led us in every step we had to take. We were in Cincinnati area, and she was in WV, and towards end of this transaction she was on vacation with her family, and STILL led us in every aspect of this contract, which was not an easy transaction. The real estate company would not be a factor in my decision to find a home, but I would definitely seek out Jacki if I were to buy or sell a home. The broker, Patrick Lucas attended our closing, as Jacki was still on vacation with her family, but she was in constant phone communication the entire day of the closing.

Being several years from retirement, we wanted a place to visit on weekends to watch our grandchildren grow and be a part of their lives. Jackie Frazier made the process of purchasing long distance easy. She was very understanding of our situation and our changing opinions about what type of home we wanted. Throughout the process, Jackie informed us of properties that met our changing needs. After selecting a property, Jackie helped us to negotiate an acceptable price and expedite closing. She even helped to save us 1K with the title agency. I would highly recommend Jackie to anyone in need of an agent who will be in tune with your needs and patient if those needs change. She is very knowledgeable of the area and market and is also responsive to communication text, email, phone calls, etc..
