Jim is very professional. What I liked most about Jim's personality and work is he was straightforward. He did not tell me "what I wanted to hear." Jim and Betty made finding and purchasing my home, not just a house but my home, extremely easy. I work, go to school, and have three children with another on the way. So, needless to say, my wife and I do not have time to waste. Jim and Betty took the time to discuss with us exactly what we were looking for, and compiled a list of houses that fit our needs and wants. The first time we used Jim we were referedd to him by another realtor he and Beatty were very professional and listened to what we wer looking for. So when it came time to sell our homes we went with them again and had sold both homes in a timely manner and and they were very professional to deal with. So when it came time to sell our land there we had no problem working with them and the property was under contract within the week.
