Buyer reviewFirst of all we are very thankful with Jennifer and all of her hard work! We had been working on getting a home for a very long time and we finally have one and a brand new one! My wife and I never in a million years thought our first home would be brand new construction. Jennifer made that possible, she came up with the idea and made the process easy. She honestly knows her stuff when it comes to houses and when we do decide to purchase another we will definitely come back to Jennifer! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts thank you so much!!

Buyer reviewLooking for homes on Zillow. There were 3 or 4 agents listed, I read about each one, and decided on Jennifer. It was a good decision. Jennifer was easy to work with. She was not needy, pushy, or insecure. Some agents are! Jennifer showed us the homes we asked about, answered texts quickly, recently reminded us to remember to apply for homesteading, and I'd pick her again. Many thanks.

She showed us houses, we chose the one we wanted to buy and she was there for us the entire time. She made sure to answer any questions we had, she made sure to communicate with us, she made us feel like family. She knew all her information and she was very honest in everything. Seller reviewWhen I called Jennifer Sharp I was in deep despair. I had just fired a Realestate agent/and the entire agency for whom he worked for. The agent in question and his agency had literally wasted over a year of my life and my three properties lives. I had heard Jennifer was a go getter and a very professional Realestate agent. I needed this sort of person desperately to take over the sale of my three properties. I hired Jennnifer Sharp, and within two days we had buyers within five days I had a contract on my largest home.
