Buyer reviewMy wife and I were very discouraged entering into buying a home. We were sure that we would not be approved and even if we were, we wouldn't find a home that would fit our budget. Jessica was an absolute dream-maker. Not only did she get us qualified for a 15k grant for law enforcement officers, she also found a home for us in our budget that had everything on our "list". Jessica was incredible to work with, and she walked us through every step, helping us understand the unknowns of being first time home buyers. She fought for what we deserved and wanted every step of the way, making sure we never got swindled in the market. She is honest, trustworthy and knows her stuff! She is very supportive of law enforcement, and LGBTQ friendly which made our experience feel safe. I would recommend Jessica to everyone, and I am constantly bragging about the deal she got us. We would not be in our perfect first home without her. ?????

Buyer reviewI sent Jessica a listing at 2:00 AM that had just been relisted, for house we had wanted to look at that had been pulled from the market months earlier. Jessica contacted the agent got us in a day before the open house negotiated the offer and had the open house cancelled all with in 18 hours. We got our dream home. It was a great experience and I would recommend Jessica to everyone I know.
