I have been in the real estate business for over 18 years. Being born and raised in Northeast Pennsylvania has given me keen knowledge of the ins and outs of the area, and I am always eager to share that knowledge! Buyer reviewJodi is awesome. She was kind and understanding. As first time home buyers in a new state we definitely didn't know the area nor did we have any experience in home buying. Jodi showed us houses in many areas. She responded to texts quickly and would find out any info we needed promptly. When we sell and buy again, we would choose to work with Jodi again.

Buyer reviewMy wife and I hadn't made a major purchase since we bought our current house over 30yrs. ago. Jodi took us rookies and showed us what would be our better purchases. I found a property and Jodi researched it for us and found it wouldn't perc so she found us other options until we found something we liked. I would have had a much harder time finding something without her help.We appreciate her so much for what she did for us and I would strongly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house or land in her area. Also she traveled pretty far to show us properties and she went above and beyond for us.

Seller reviewWanted someone who was no nonsence, and could get results. In the beginning I had a lot of questions and concerns that Jodi took the time to answer and explain in terms that were easy to understand. She has excellent people skills. Got results that were better than I expected (sale price ). And did it much faster than I had hoped for. Very proffesional. over the weekend there was a parade of buyers placing bids. I never expected to get such a great responce so soon. Location was great-right off the highway. All at the settling were friendly, and knew what they were doing. Getting things done in a relaxed manner in a comfortable surrounding.
