Personal Profile

Upon completion of a 30-year career in the United States Air Force, I embarked on a new venture of helping service members with their relocation needs in the greater Jacksonville, NC area. I gained vast experience in buying, selling, and leasing homes while navigating 19 Military moves myself. I am dedicated to advocating for our service members, no matter what their Real Estate needs may be. By the time we paired up with John, we were basically over dealing with real estate agents and shopping around. But he took what had been a mediocre experience to that point and made it a good one, got us our house, didn't look at us crazy when we asked stupid questions, and even humored us with a Sold sign photo out front.

John was very friendly and professional. He met every single one of our needs and answered every question intelligently and completely. My husband and I felt 100% comfortable with purchasing our first home because of him. He showed us all of our options and broke it all down so it was easy to understand. This was by far the best experience I've ever had with a real estate company. John always made himself available whenever we had questions or concerns. I could always get into contact with him regarding inspections and the such. He was very diligent and always easy to get ahold of no matter the time of day. A great man and an even better experience!

John Newton worked great with us and are budget he also went to extents of working with his resources to make fast results on what we needed at the time such as when we looked at our first house, he tried to put an offer in on the house even though we were too late. He would not let anything slide, if he didn't know the answer he would figure it out. Not only was he very persistent but he also made it possible that our closing allowance money was made into a Home Depot gift card instead of using vendors and having to pay a contractor, which saved us tons of money. John is a great guy to work with and my wife and I are very grateful to have had such a helpful person work with us through such a difficult and long process.
