I am a licensed REALTOR® in Idaho and Washington, serving the communities of the Lewis Clark Valley. What makes this job exciting and interesting for me is the people. I have two grown daughters, one of which is still here with me in the valley. My other daughter lives in Hawaii and recently made me a proud grandmother. I have a large extended family and we love to get together, play cards and catch up on each others lives. Joyce was amazing. While I was the buyer and she was representing the seller, I came to the table without my own agent, and she stepped up to the plate to make sure I got all the information I needed, and was the facilitator for communication with all necessary parties. It was a VERY complicated and fraught process due to being a bankruptcy sale with probate involved and some appraisal issues, but Joyce stuck with us and was vital in getting us to the finish line. I am already recommending her to people in the area who are discussing home shopping in the future.
