the selection of a broker was very important to me because she had to be able to understand what I'm looking for and who I am. Century 21 was a perfect fit for me and finding out about aspects of the property and being knowledgeable on how to deal with it I think they were very efficient.

I can't say enough nice things about Laretta Washington, she proved to be an exceptional realtor during this entire home buying process. She is highly professional as well as personable, very capable and eagerly gets the job done from beginning to end. Laretta Washington was amazing to work with and listened to my every worry, need and concern. I loved that her primary focus was giving me the home of my dreams and felt personally responsible if I was not satisfied. She learned my likes and dislikes quickly and knew my taste almost instantaneously after meeting with her for the first time. Considering this was my first time buying, she was excited to share all the knowledge she had with me and made me feel comfortable in knowing that no question is a dumb one. If ever something was out of her scope of work, she pointed me in the direction as to who to ask whether it be a lawyer or lender. And what's more important, she was readily available day or night if I needed anything. Laretta was vey particular about every part of the purchasing process. She always explained everything in great detail and asked if I had any questions every step of the way. She was awesome at providing a great list of options for me to choose from when it came to searching for lenders, lawyers and inspectors which was a breath of fresh air and she was always on top of her game when it came to communicating with the sellers team. She always had a positive attitude throughout my entire experience and made me feel comfortable at ease when making all decisions. She was very easy to work with. Overall, I'm glad I chose Century 21 and Laretta Washington to work with for my first home buying experience and I look forward to hopefully working with her in the future when I want an even bigger and better home!
