Seller reviewWe interviewed a total of five agents. Although we were pleased with most of them, Lissette Leon Cring was clearly the best fit for us. Her presentation was professional, succinct and she answered all of our questions. From the time we informed Lissette that she was our choice, she kept us informed of every step. Impressively, she had a professional photographer out two days later. By the way, the photographer and Lissette did a fabulous job on the pictures, video, virtual staging, and preparing a high-quality flyer for potential buyers to take home from a walk-through or open house. Her text in presenting our property online was well-crafted. Of course, she asked for our feedback on every step along the way, which we appreciated. Lissette's communication was perfect, and her response time was outstanding! We had multiple offers after just three days, and she skillfully guided us through the pros/cons of each prospective buyer. Lissette's personality is delightful, too!

I no longer live in Raleigh and it was very important to have an agent who I could count on to have my best interest and to manage things well because I don't live in the area anymore. The property I was selling was a rental and she went above and beyond to communicate well with my tenant in the condo for showings etc so I didn't have to arrange things. I was also wanting to sell my house in a certain time frame. Lissette was very professional and communicative. She found things out about my house that my previous realtor failed to mentioned when I bought it. (I had a storage unit I didn't even know I owned). Lissette made the process easy and stress free which was a HUGE deal to me. I've never sold a home before so it was critical I had good understanding of the process and good communication. She was always preparing paperwork for prospective homes we were interested in..no request was beyond her ability to perform. She gave of her time freely and stayed with us until we found the "perfect" house. We will refer her to our family and friends in the future. She is surely a "gem" of a Realtor.
