Buyer reviewAs first time home buyers we had no clue as to what to expect. We we referred to lucy by an old family friend a while back to assist will selling some property we had. When we finally decided to pull the trigger Lucy was there by our side every step of the way. She was very knowledgeable in the field and explained the whole process along the way, making sure we understood what we were signing before doing so. And making sure any and all questions we had were answered. I was very skeptical about purchasing a home but Lucy was persistent and confident that everything would work out. And it did. My wife and I are greatly appreciative of all of Lucy's hard work and determination.

Seller reviewin my first meeting with Lucy Gamez, i was impressed at her interest in my concerns, and she listened carefully to my plans. i received from her a list of all the properties owned and a listing of data for each property. Every suggestion i made she followed up and gave me a report. Since i was living outside Lockhart she was able to handle a lot more than i expected in getting the property ready for market. She personally handled the boxing of items in the house and taking an inventory of each box. She was able to stage the house for maximum vision of what could be. There are many other comments i can make about her, but the most important was her ability to be available to me at all times, her ability to listen, and her ability to use her experiences and knowledge of the current real estate issues as she help market the property She held my hand until the contact was signed and check delievered. Thank you Lucy .
