Seller reviewLuis Hernandez was an excellent representative for the sale of my home. We ran into some issues with the buyers asking for extreme discounts but we were able to negotiate with the buyers and their agent to find a point of agreement both parties were satisfied with. It wasn't as much as I expected to get in return for the home sale but after reviewing the inspection details and revised appraisal, I felt comfortable with the price adjustment requested. Regardless of this Luis was very professional and upfront. He did not sugarcoat the issues and was always available to discuss questions and concerns. I would happily recommend Luis to anyone considering selling their home in the Southern California area.

We had a few problems a long the way the buyers loan and my tenant that had to move out, but Luis stayed on top of every thing.
