Buyer reviewWhen my husband and I were both offered new jobs in the Huntsville area, we decided to buy our first home and settle into the area. A friend recommended Lynn Cawthon based on a previous positive experience. Lynn was vey easy to get in touch with and returned all phone calls, texts, and emails quickly. She provided us with special access to a website with homes for sale that fit our requirements. This was very important to us as we were still located out of state. She was super knowledgeable and professional at all times. I felt like we had known her forever. She was very very knowledgeable about the entire Huntsville area and neighborhoods, as well as local builders, etc. When we visited Huntsville, Lynn took us around to visit those selected homes and helped us narrow down our list of favorites. She educated us on not only how to pick our first home but how to also pick a home that would have good resale value and not be too difficult to sell again in the future based on location, etc. I truly believe that without her, we would have chosen the wrong home without realizing it until later. She was amazing and worked hard to help us find a great house while we were still living out of state. We were able to close in about a month, which was incredible. We would definitely use Lynn Cawthon again in the future and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

She knows the area and spent as much time with us as we felt like we needed to get to know the different parts of town and what they had to offer. We never felt rushed but rather that she had our best interests at heart. Once we chose a house, she never hesitated to ask the tough questions to make sure we received the best deal possible.
