As a professional realtor Maryann Corona is someone who knows the tricks of the trade. As a human being she is courteous; easy to talk to; good listener; makes herself available; is quick at returning calls and responding to inquiries. For the past year and nine months, Maryann has gone above and beyond in ensuring the short-sale of my home. Throughout the times, there were many obstacles to overcome such as, impending foreclosure; the Home Owners Association (HOA) trying to obtain possession of the house through unconventional methods; having the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) make an exception/change based on matters pertaining to the transfer of the deed. Through it all Maryann was with me step-by-step. The service and personal attention received from Maryann was exceptional.
