Micki has lived in the Northwood's her entire life. She is an avid outdoors person and began in real estate in 1998 and has achieved tremendous success ever since. She became broker/owner of Century 21 Pierce Realty in February of 2004. It is very important to have reliable communication and to have local knowledge of the market, which has been my experience with Micki and Century 21. I have had other realtors and agencies before in the " Northwoods"of Wisconsin, however none compare with the positive results I have had with her and 21.

When interviewing agents to handle the sale of the property, Micki's professionalism and knowledge of the area stood out. She understood the challenges we had living 4 hours away from the area and provided the market knowledge that enabled establishing a great price point and an excellent plan to present the property via multiple channels. During the process there were several things that needed to be taken care of to facilitate the sale. Micki came through identifying contractors and working directly with them to ensure the sale of the property.
