Noe was available and flexible to help is begin our search process on the big island when we were still on Oahu. She first showed us the home we ultimately purchased via FaceTime and we toured in person shortly after that. Noe went above and beyond the call of duty at every point of the transaction. We are extremely immunocompromised so during this pandemic her willingness to go the extra mile was even more important and appreciated. For example, she drove many miles in the rain to pick up our earnest money checks and deliver them to the title company so we could stay isolated. She worked with the seller's agent diligently on our behalf maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times. Noe referred us to many excellent service and tradespeople and told us all about local shopping, restaurants and so on - which was super important to us being new to the area. We could never say enough good things about Noe! We feel so fortunate to have had her on our side in our transaction! She is knowledgeable and helped us to understand all the intricacies of buying our new home. She worked excellently with our lender, and as I said before, the seller's agent.
