Seller reviewWe looked at 3 different agents, and at first selected the one who was considered the best for lake front property in Reston. They had the contract for 9 months - And nothing! After that I pretty much demanded that we go with Stephanie Wayne. Family was in agreement. Stephanie is the best. Came up with a game plan to get the house SOLD. Took care of getting it staged, a couple of little fixes made, held multiple open houses, kept us calm, and stayed in contact through out the whole process. She's a dream to work with!

Stephanie was spot on throughout the entire process, explaining every facet of the search start to finish, documenting exactly what we were looking for, and being a sharp eye to help find our dream home. She was very responsive despite a massive time difference, and with excessive amounts of effort, she found precisely what we wanted. Stephanie efficiently corresponded all documents via email, patiently deciphering each thoroughly when confusion arose. As a result of her impressive efforts, we were able to return stateside with a closing date set, and were in our home 2 weeks later.
