The following weekend we met with Aderyn and saw homes. Aderyn and Stephen continued to supply us with listings that aligned with our preferences over the next few weeks and arraigned for us to see homes that we were interested in. When we found our home Aderyn was very helpful in coordinating and communicating with us the process of home buying. She is very knowledgeable and was a critical resource throughout the closing process. Stephen was great about checking in to make sure we were comfortable throughout the process.

Specific to our circumstance, he went out of his way to create a situation that worked extremely well for both seller and buyer, with the fastest turnaround known to humanity. Stephen was a talented advocate and took our phone calls late on weeekends and at ungodly hours in the morning. Stephen is above and beyond awesome. Stephen was able to work with me while I was stationed overseas in Guam (that's a 14 hour time difference!) to find me and my dog the perfect first home in DC in a matter of a few months, just in time for me to land in DC and close on a house the next day! He is very professional, responsive, and his positive energy made this possibly stressful situation manageable. He took into account all of my wants and needs to find me a fantastic place. I can't imagine a better experience and would highly recommend Stephen!
