We bought our first home from Traci and it was a no brainer to go with her for our second home. She was very knowledgable of the area we wanted to buy in, and was able to show us a couple properties in areas we were intrested in and a couple in ares we didn't know we wanted. We found the perfect place. During our sale he had an issue come up on the home inspection, and she had all the contacts to help us take care of it before closing day. She answered our questions in a timely fashion even while she was on vacation. She was totally dedicated to helping us. She will be the ONLY realtor we will ever use. We totally recommend her.

I was referred to Traci and never regretted it. Her knowledge of the local area was superb and her long-standing in the Skagit/Anacortes/Whidbey realty community was key in sucessfully locating and securing a home in this extremely competitive market. Despite, at times, an over 8 hour time difference, Traci was constantly in touch when I needed her and was on top of sending me new properties to consider. In each walkthrough she was professional and her keen eye and level of detail added much-needed color to my mainly virtual process, ultimately culminating in our winning out against other strong bids for the exact sort of home I was looking for!
