Seller reviewI was interested in selling my rental property but had a price in mind and I didn't tell him what that was. He gave me his property evaluation and it was exactly what I had in mind and what I wanted to sell it for. Tyler had great communication with me and I felt well taken care of throughout the entire process. I had several offers that I declined and I felt zero pressure to take an offer. I would have Tyler sell any property I have because he was great to deal with. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

He gave great feedback as we prepared our home to be listed. Tyler made sure we had a clear understanding of how the process to sell our home would work and how he would help us. We got under contract very quickly and he was great to work with as we brokered a deal. Tyler did a great job looking out for our interests as we negotiated the contract to sell our home. We are pleased with how everything turned out.
