He was great to work with always let us know exactly what was happening with the sale of our home. He was very informative and we just loved his passion for what he does. Seller reviewDue to previous dealings with several realtors in the in the past few years who put forth minimum effort, I was determined to keep my expectations low when I chose David Taylor. But from the beginning he was very interested in my property, wanting to know and understand everything about it in order to make a sale, proving that he isn't like the others. I was impressed by his enthusiasm and pleased with his performance, which resulted in the sale of my property. So, yes, I'd recommend him (and his assistant Deedee). Thank you both!

She went out of her way to work with her contacts to clarify our questions. She was always smiling, friendly and patient. Our transaction was a little unusual since we were out of town during the closing process. Dede did a great job communicating with us and working with the title company to ensure our remote transaction went smoothly. I definitely recommend her services.
