Erica asked great questions, made sure our needs were being met. Problem-solved several issues before they even became problems. Regular contact, updates, and great follow-up with any questions or concerns. Appreciated her use of and comfort with technology. Organized, prompt, professional and friendly. Was with us from the first look to closing. Followed up after closing as well to offer any other needed assistance. Seller was a relocation company - while would prefer to NEVER buy from a relocation company again, Erica and her broker Greg made the experience smooth and expedient.
