I was able to close early due in large part to her hard work. She is responsive, quick, detail-oriented, honest, trustworthy, logical, has access to lots of resources and contacts, and knows how to get stuff done. She was upfront with me on the aspects of the home buying process and was willing to tell it like it is, which I think really helped me in the purchasing process as a first time home buyer. One of the biggest ways in which she came through for me was knowing how to beat an opposing offer on the place I was vying for without having to give up an arm and a leg. She is a great negotiator and won't encourage you to make ridiculous offers in order to obtain a place. Would gladly use her as my agent again in the future!

Seller reviewDoreen Gagney is an excellent real estate broker. I had ultimate trust in Doreen. My house sold in 4 days although it is a high turnover area in close commute to DC. Not tsking anything away from Doreen's accomplishments. I know consider Doreen a friend.

Seller reviewWe were faced with a tight deadline, with the sale of two properties. We had multiple deadlines because of the two houses. Tracey's constant communication and advocacy for us throughout the process made our experience much less stressful than it might otherwise have been. I cannot speak highly enough of Tracey, her team, and their professionalism.
