I had already moved out of the area and started a new job when I listed with Meredith. She took care of getting the house ready to go on the market and making arrangements for repairs once the home inspection was complete, allowing me to focus on my new job. She held my hand when I needed it and always kept me up-to-date on what was happening and what to expect.She set realistic expectations and worked with my budget. Overall, she listened to me and understood my needs/and goals, and in the end quickly achieved a better-than-expected result!
