Seller reviewTricia Rose and Cindy Helms are two top notch agents. They were extremely knowledgeable of the Beloit area housing market, trends, and market conditions. With their professional guidance and experience, the house sold within days on the market. They both assisted in helping me through the home selling process and helped guide me through some difficult and unexpected issues that surfaced. I was very pleased with their efforts. I have already suggested to friends and family that they should consider using Tricia and Cindy in their home selling/buying activities.

Buyer reviewIf I could rate Trisha out of 100, I'd give her 1,000. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. She paid attention to the small details when looking at homes and always gave us her expertise in a way that was supportive and never overwhelming. She has a positive attitude and was just as excited as we were throughout the process. She was always available to show different homes and answered our questions promptly. She is very knowledgable- definitely an expert in her field! We loved working with Trisha and we are so grateful for all of her help and guidance as this was out first time purchasing a house. We will work with her for any future purchases and will refer her to everyone we know.

She didn't waste our time with listings or showings that didn't appeal to us. When we found what we wanted, she moved quickly to make it happen.

Seller reviewThis is the second time I have used Cindy to sell property for me, She is very professional but very friendly & she is always easy to contact. My Father was a realtor (retired at the time) & he is the one who recommended Cindy to me in 2013. I remember him referring to her as a "Go getter". That house also sold in 1 day as the property on Petunia did.

Seller reviewI have known Trisha Rose and Rosemary Dutter for many years and their sales records speak for themselves. They are on top of their game! If you're looking for a team to sell a property for you or a team to find a property for you, they are your team. We had a lot that we just wanted to put on the market and see if it sparked any interest. Trisha was honest and said it's going to take the right buyer and could be on the market for a bit. Well, Rosemary & Trisha got a call with someone wanting to look at it, 2 days after putting it on the market. An offer was written and accepted within a week. We closed within a month. We couldn't be happier! I trust and value Trisha's and Rosemary's opinions and input and couldn't imagine working with any other agents.
