Buyer reviewShannon and his team were absolutely phenomenal. I could not imagine finding a better agent. We were buying from out of state and Shannon was so flexable and understanding with the three hour time difference. Shannon knew I would be unable to travel to Tennessee and that in order to purchase a new home, I would have to sell my current residence at the same time. I was very nervouse about the process but Shannon walked me through step-be-step, made sure I knew what to expect and offered expert advice that helped me through the negotiations. The entire process from start to finish was smooth and professional. Shannon is friendly, energetic, intentional and knows the East Tennessee market well. I love our new home, and Shannon and his team have my highest recommendation.
